Children's Ministry

Our Children's Ministry get's children excited about God so that they can: KNOW Jesus, GROW in God's Love, and GO serve others.

Through curriculum developed to teach the stories of the Bible to children from infant age through 5th grade, our Children's Ministry is both comprehensive and fun!

Ages / Grades:

Nursery - Kindergarden / Location: Rooms 101-107
1st Grade - 4th Grade / Location: Rooms 109-111
5th Grade / Location: Room 210

GrowTime
During our Sunday Worship service, our children attend "Growtime". GrowTime, our kid's church program for ages K-5th grade, is held every week in the Kid's Wing, during worship. It consists of singing, praying, Bible lessons, movies, special guests, puppets, games, and crafts. At the end of GrowTime, children are taken to their Bible Community (age specific Bible Classes).

Nursery
We offer a staffed Nursery for children up to 24 months in the Kid's Wing. There is also an unstaffed Cry Room located outside the Auditorium area. This room is complete with viewing area, restroom, and quiet room for parent's of infants.

Securing our Kids
At West Orange, we value the security of our children. The world can be a scary place, and because of this, we have implemented a security feature known as KidCheck for our Children's Ministry. This feature allows for added security for all of our children. To create an account, please click here.

Indoor Playground
Reserved for children ages 2 through 6 years old, this fun spot is a safe place for children to run and climb indoors.

Bible Communities
Bible Communities, often referred to as Bible Class, are available for children up to 5th grade.
