Youth Group

The West Orange Youth Group, aka “WOYG”, is an active ministry for our 7-12th graders.

The West Orange Youth Group is a ministry of and with the 7-12th grade students and their parents. We are about using whatever resources possible to be in this together with and because of Christ, thru the Holy Spirit and for God’s glory.

Times We Gather

Along with our annual calendar of events, we also offer the following on a weekly basis:
Worship Gathering- Sunday @ 9:30am
Bible Communities - Sunday @ 11 am
LifeGroups - Sundays (varying times/locations)
Wednesday - Mid-Week from 7-8 pm

Our Youth Group
The West Orange Youth Group is a ministry of and with the 7-12th grade students and their parents. We are about using whatever resources possible to be in this together with and because of Christ, thru the Holy Spirit and for God’s glory.

The purpose of the WOYG is to provide opportunities for students to connect with Jesus and others. No matter where we’re going or what we’re doing, our goal is to share and show God’s love. We also partner with parents to encourage and assist them in nurturing the faith of the students. We just want the students to realize living as Jesus taught is the best way to live and they can each lead others to that same way of life. We encourage them to realize and to use their gifts and passions to take on an active role in all aspects of Church life (worship, classes, events, etc) and their life as a follower of Jesus.

We offer/attend various events throughout the year that range from "just plain fun" to ones with a greater emphasis on spiritual growth & outreach.
